GoPhotos may collect the following information in connection with booking and providing services:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Property address
  • Property size
  • Shoot date and time
  • Payment information (processed via Stripe)

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to book services, confirm appointments, deliver media, and process payments. GoPhotos may send manual shoot confirmation text messages on a transactional basis only. GoPhotos does not send marketing emails. GoPhotos does not send SMS marketing. GoPhotos does not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

GoPhotos uses Supabase for data storage and backend operations. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored directly by GoPhotos.

4. Data Security

GoPhotos uses reasonable security measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; GoPhotos does not guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Client information is retained for as long as necessary for business operations and to comply with legal obligations.

6. Client Rights

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting GoPhotos.
